There is nothing quite like New York Fashion Week.
For a few days each season, the city transforms into a stage where fashion isn't just worn—it's lived. Every street corner becomes a runway, every café fills with editors and creatives, and every arrival outside a show feels like part of the spectacle.
This season, one of my favorite moments happened outside the Aquazzura presentation.
I had spent the morning getting ready, choosing a look that felt true to my style—classic with a modern twist. Fashion Week has never been about wearing the loudest outfit to me. It's about confidence, personality, and telling a story through what you wear.
Walking toward the venue, I could already hear cameras clicking before I even saw them.

Outside the entrance, photographers lined the sidewalk capturing editors, buyers, creators, and guests arriving from every direction. The atmosphere was electric. Conversations flowed between strangers, people complimented each other's looks, and the excitement of Fashion Week was impossible not to feel.
Then came one of those completely unexpected moments.
The photographers started calling me over.

Being photographed during New York Fashion Week is something you never really get used to. It happens in seconds—turn, smile, walk, pause—and before you know it, they're already onto the next arrival.
It's fast. It's exciting. And somehow, it still feels surreal every single time.
One of my favorite things about Fashion Week is people-watching. You discover incredible personal style, unexpected color combinations, vintage treasures mixed with couture, and outfits that remind you fashion is meant to be fun.
Everyone arrives with their own interpretation of luxury.
Everyone tells a different story.
